Rooster Rock Reunion 2005  Our fourth annual Pacific-Northwest alumni gathering will be held the weekend of August 12-14. We have a pavilion reserved at Rooster Rock State Park (located along the spectacular Columbia River Gorge just outside of Portland, Oregon).Festivities will begin Friday evening with an informal gathering at the hotel (see details below). The picnic is at the park all day Saturday beginning approximately 10 a.m. For those still in the area Sunday morning, we will gather for a leisurely brunch before we go our separate ways. Note: Rooster Rock State Park is one of Oregon's two designated nude beaches. As stated on the Rooster Rock web page: "By design, the nude beach area is completely separate and not visible from the clothing-required area of the large park. The two areas coexist in harmony." Our reservation is in the family area of the park.

The hotel has an indoor pool, spa, sauna and fitness center, and easy access to I-84 -- the same road Rooster Rock State Park is on. Food and Beverage
Friday Night: Snacks will be available in the hospitality suite; and we plan to order pizza, something along those lines, once every one arrives. Please provide your own beverage. Saturday: To simplify planning, especially for our out-of-town guests, hot dog, burgers, buns and all the fixin's will be provided. If you can bring a dish to share, all the better; and please bring your own beverage. The park has no restrictions on alcohol in the picnic area. The park service will also provide game equipment, like horseshoes. Sunday Morning: Those that have the time will gather for brunch.
